Ashland, VA — [01.29.26] — Wigeon Capital is pleased to announce that Building 1 of the Lakeridge Logistics Center in Ashland, Virginia is now fully leased to Rosendin Electric, Inc. which will occupy the entire 124,750 square foot building.
With the completion of this lease, the Lakeridge Logistics Center is now 100% leased, following the recent leasing to Trane U.S. Inc., L&C Cabinetry, and Riverstone Logistics, LLC, who collectively occupy Building 2.
Lakeridge Logistics Center is located less than one mile from the I-95 interchange at Sliding Hill Road, providing immediate access to key transportation corridors throughout the Richmond region. Adam Lawson and Muscoe Garnett with JLL represented Wigeon Capital in the lease transaction.
