Wigeon Capital is pleased to announce that Cornerstone at Walnut Creek Business Park, located at 3091 Business Park Drive in Raleigh, NC, has been fully leased. The 80,100-square-foot Class-A industrial facility has been secured by an undisclosed tenant, highlighting the strong demand for modern industrial space in the Triangle market.

Boston real estate company Foxfield Investments acquired two industrial properties, 4101 and 4501 Waterfield Drive, for $19.81 million. Wigeon Capital developed the properties, which are both Class-A industrial buildings in the Greenfield Business Park in Garner.

Wigeon Capital has big plans for a new mid-size industrial building in east Raleigh, just outside of the Beltline. The 80,100-square-foot building is at 3091 Business Park Drive. It will be used for light industrial, light manufacturing, research and development, and warehouse and distribution.

In 2021, Wigeon Capital acquired 11.8 acres at the Greenfield Business Park in Garner to build 200 Laurensfield Court, a 96,000-square-foot warehouse distribution facility. It was part of Wigeon’s larger plan to build five separate projects in the park.
