The award honors the successful warehouse lease at Cornerstone in Raleigh, recognizing a standout industrial transaction in the Triangle market. The lease was brokered by Jimmy Barnes and Jack Barnes of NAI Tri Properties, along with Jake Jones of Gravity Companies, representing the Wake County Sheriff’s Office, the building’s tenant.

Located within Walnut Creek Business Park, 3091 Business Park Drive is a Class-A industrial facility strategically positioned near I-440 and I-87. The building features modern specifications designed to meet today’s industrial and institutional tenant needs, including high clear heights, dock-high and drive-in loading, and efficient site circulation.

Notably, the project was fully leased ahead of completion, underscoring strong demand for well-located, high-quality industrial space in the Raleigh market and reflecting Wigeon Capital’s commitment to thoughtful development and execution.
